The new 63-unit luxury apartment complex in North Fresno on Audubon Drive and Nice Avenue is officially named Hubert.
PACT Capital, an investment management company, is funding the project and configured to provide flexibility and cost-effectiveness, they said in a news release.
“We are honouring this new development to North Fresno to provide quality living spaces in the best possible location,” Tyler Shegerian, co-founder of Pact Capital, said in a news release. “This iconic project focusing on contemporary amenities and communities is consistent with our mission to contribute to the vitality of our local economy.”
Hubert is located across from the Class A River Bluff Office Complex and near the Park Place Shopping Center, where GB3 is fixed.
Developments scheduled to be completed in 2026 include underground parking, outdoor swimming pools and community barbecue areas.
Hubert is Fresno Supreme, Inc. It has previously been reported to expand the existing 262-unit Audubon Court Apartments, which are being developed.
According to Pact Capital, developers have not released much information at this point.
