One of the Western Hemisphere’s hottest luxury villa companies has revealed plans to add a major new property to the Caribbean, according to information obtained by Caribbean Journal.
Nocturne Luxury Villas, operator of premium villa rentals in the United States, the Caribbean and Mexico, has acquired Grand Cayman Villas and Condominiums, Inc.
Grand Cayman Villas and Condos (GCVC) joins existing Nocturne brands including Exceptional Stays in Telluride, WIMCO St Barth Properties, CaboVillas.com, Exclusive 30A on Florida’s Emerald Coast and Paradise Retreats in Santa Barbara.
The move marks a prominent position for the company in one of the Caribbean’s hottest vacation home rental markets, with a portfolio that encompasses everything from Seven Mile Beach to Rum Point to Cayman Cay.

The portfolio ranges from one-bedroom condominiums to 11-bedroom luxury villas, all privately serviced and designed, and equipped with a full complement of amenities.
