NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Nissan ranks among the top non-luxury auto brands in the 2024-2025 Automotive Reputation Report, securing third place with a reputation score of 705. This is the sixth consecutive year that Nissan has ranked among the top five brands in the 2024-2025 Automotive Reputation Report. First report of 2019.
The annual reputation report evaluates automotive brands and dealerships across North America using a unique reputation score that measures sentiment, engagement, and awareness on a scale of 100 to 1,000 points.
This year’s report analyzed feedback from 5.5 million car buyers and provided insights into changing car consumer sentiment, the impact of online reviews on car sales, and the characteristics of the best-performing dealerships. . The report confirms that brands improve customer satisfaction by prioritizing reputation management experiences.
