This Saturday is National Thrift Store Day, a day to celebrate the joy of shopping for unique and affordable items.
How will Goodwill celebrate this important day?
This year, Goodwill of Middle Georgia and the CSRA are rolling out the red carpet to donors and shoppers, recognizing them for their role in supporting the local community.
Goodwill will host a two-day celebration at all 18 of its retail training stores. Details are below.
Friday, August 16th: All red tagged clothing will be on sale for $0.99. Saturday, August 17th: All red tagged clothing, home goods, shoes and linens will be on sale for $0.99.
Thanks to donors and shoppers, Goodwill generated $204.8 million in economic impact for the Middle Georgia and Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) in 2023.
