Collier County, Fla. — Street takeover with an I-75 luxury vehicle on Saturday created multiple traffic stops, including one driver recorded at over 140 mph.
The first incident occurred around 4:05pm when FHP troopers responded to reports that five dark-colored SUVs had parked and blocked northbound Interstate 75 (Alligator Alley). The trooper said several individuals were out of the car looking at the green Porsche GT3 911.

The Troopers said Porsche was running donuts in the middle of the interstate, leaving thick clouds of smoke and haze in the area. When the troopers began pursuing the Porsche, they noticed that 25 high-performance vehicles were speeding north on the I-75.
According to FHP, the troopers attracted Porsches in the recreation area and arrested passenger Scott Lebac. FHP said the identity of the bright green Porsche driver, which is described only as “Camera Guy” remains unknown.
A few minutes later, troopers from other states responding to street takeovers saw the blue Porsche making illegal U-turns on the I-75. The Troopers said the car was stopped and it turns out there are no registered members. The car was locked up and a notice was issued for the 39-year-old driver, Rashed, to appear in court.
Then, about ten minutes later, the trooper recorded the 2024 Blue Ferrari SF90 without a license tag, driving 148 mph at 70 mph. The trooper chases after the driver and eventually pulls him closer.
