Meta is rolling out a new update to its Meta Business Suite (aka “Creator Studio” aka “Business Manager”) that lets you connect more profiles to your account and makes it easier to switch between them when managing your Facebook and IG presence.
As you can see in this example posted by Jonah Manzano, you can now link up to 10 profiles to your Meta Business Suite account, eliminating the need to log out and log back in to manage the business pages connected to each profile.
To be clear, there is a difference between Pages and Profiles in this context: Business Suite has always allowed you to add multiple Business Pages under one Business Portfolio, but this is relative to adding other Profiles that you own or have access to, and those Profiles have their own access permissions to those other Pages.
For example, if you run multiple Facebook or IG pages under different user profiles, you can add them so you can manage a specific business associated with one profile and another whole set associated with another profile.
Of course, the fact that Meta felt the need to add this suggests that there are a lot of people managing multiple profiles within the app, and that many people do have multiple profiles, potentially inflating Meta’s user numbers.
But that’s a whole other story. This makes it easier to manage multiple business and creator pages within Business Suite by switching to a profile connected to each one.
To be fair, this seems like a pretty niche thing, since there probably aren’t that many people managing multiple pages from multiple profiles. But if the above outline makes sense, then the target user might be you. If so, you now have another way to manage your vast Facebook and IG management empire.
Or, you know what, you could create your own fake engagement farm.
