Last weekend, President Trump imposed new tariffs on Mexico, Canada and China. He has since returned 25% of Mexican imports after a conversation with the Mexican president. Others are still expected to take effect Tuesday.
Elon Musk later announced that his Doge was closing USAID as part of an initiative to cut government spending.
