The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has been selected to run a new luxury resort in Puerto Rico.
The facility, scheduled to open in 2028, will be located along the southwestern coast of the island and will open as part of a large hospitality and housing development that paid $ 2 billion, known as Esensia.
Ruben Brothers and Three Rules Capital are developing the complex facilities with the Roswood Hotels & Resorts flags.
Mandarin Oriental Esencia Puerto Rico is composed of 106 rooms, including a suite with a plunge pool and a villa accommodation with a private pool.
The resort will also have a Mandarin Oriental Spa, a golf course of 18 holes, a kids club, and an outdoor adventure center with five restaurants, beach clubs, outdoor wrap pools and fitness centers.
In addition, the project includes 83 housing villas on the beach, the hills of the hills, the hills, and the cliffs, and about 200 private housing in several six -story buildings.
Mandarin Oriental Esencia Puerto Rico is the third base of a luxury brand in the Caribbean, following Mandarin Oriental Cannuan in the St. Vincent and Glenadine Islands, and Mandarin Oriental Grand Kayman, who will open soon.
