The footage of her hair captured a Columbian police officer exposing a drug smuggler who hid $10,000 worth of cocaine under a wig stuck on his head.
Pereira, 40-year-old suspect, tried to board a flight from Cartagena, Netherlands to Amsterdam on Thursday, according to a video shared by Columbia National Police.
The footage showed officers cut through what appears to be a man’s hair and scalp with a pair of scissors, eventually stripping off the wig, revealing a stockpile of drugs.
The smuggler “had more than 400 cocaine” worth more than $10,000 in 19 capsules camouflaged with wigs, police said in a press release.
“These capsules contained substances that tested positive for cocaine after being exposed to a similar preliminary identification test (PIPH), according to the release.”
The video shows officers later appearing behind a table with a sign reading the Spanish word “cocaina” of cocaine.

“We deal with a critical blow to these crime structures that not only fight local drug trafficking, but also generators of various acts of violence and other types of crime that disrupt peace and coexistence. “The general said.
“We continue to assert the importance of our community as our main ally and provide timely information that will help us identify and find criminals.”
