In a separate lawsuit filed Thursday, three men accuse Sean “Diddy” Combs of rape and sexual assault, alleging that the rap impresario forced them to drink processed drinks and knocked them unconscious. He claims that he attacked her while she was losing her life.
The lawsuit, filed anonymously in New York State Supreme Court by attorney Thomas Giuffra, includes incidents that allegedly occurred between 2019 and 2022, alleging that Combs raped and sexually assaulted him. I am doing it.
One of them, a longtime employee of Mr. Combs, told NBC News that she was raped at a New York hotel where she met with Mr. Combs to discuss “a large sum of money” owed for off-the-books work.
The man worked for Mr. Combs on errands from 2006 to 2018, and although the two were not “pals, buddies,” he said he met Mr. Combs in early 2020. He also said that he never expected to encounter such a thing. The man said Combs served him a drink and “within two minutes, I started feeling very tired and very sleepy.”
The next thing he knew, Combs was raping him and when he tried to stop him, Combs told him, “It’s over.”
“The phrase that keeps rattling around in my head is ‘It’s almost over,'” he says. “Just stop and just stop moving. It’s almost done. It feels like it’s almost done.”
Giuffra told NBC News that Combs’ and other men’s alleged methods were “extremely consistent, frighteningly consistent, just consistent.” He would hit them with drinks and knock them out. ”
And when they wake up, “he’ll be raping them,” Giuffra said.
The new complaint is the latest in a series of lawsuits filed against Mr. Combs in recent months, with the accusers, all of whom remain unnamed, dating back to the 1990s for similar cases under similar circumstances. Combs is accusing him of assault and rape. Mr. Combs has been in prison since September, when he was arrested by federal agents on suspicion of being involved in a multi-year scheme to sexually abuse and exploit women.
Prosecutors say Combs used his business empire to coerce, arrange and direct his victims into elaborate, drug-fueled “freak-offs” with male sex workers. He said he recorded it.
Combs, 55, who is being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, has pleaded not guilty to charges of extortion, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.
His lawyer said he was innocent of all charges. He has been denied bail three times ahead of his criminal trial, which is scheduled to begin in May.
All three people represented by Mr. Giuffra are seeking a jury trial as well as unspecified damages from Mr. Combs and his company. They haven’t even released their real names.
“They fear that one night someone associated with him, hired by him, may take their own lives,” Mr. Jufra said.
In addition to Mr. Combs, the three lawsuits name as defendants Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings Inc., Bad Boy Entertainment LLC., Bad Boy Productions Holdings Inc., Daddy’s House Recordings Inc., and Sony Music Holdings Inc.
“These complaints are full of lies. We intend to prove them false and seek sanctions against all unethical attorneys who filed fictitious claims against him,” Combs’ defense said. the group said in a statement Thursday.
In the new lawsuit, all of the accusers are identified as John Doe, and the abuse occurred under similar circumstances, with Combs, with the help of co-workers, luring the men to hotel rooms and private residences and coercing them. All claim they were ripped off. They forced her to drink drug-laced drinks and sexually assaulted and raped her.
Another accuser said she met Combs at a Manhattan nightclub in 2019 and was “sold” by Combs’ security guard to a “special after-party at the Park Hyatt Hotel” with Combs and the rest of his entourage. said.
There, Combs served “cocktails” he had made and invited him and other guests to his bedroom, the lawsuit said.
“When the plaintiff entered the bedroom, the room ‘started spinning’ and his mouth became very dry,” the man said, according to court documents.
Combs eventually led the man to a couch, where he passed out and later woke up to see Combs raping him, according to the complaint.
The man said in the lawsuit that he tried to fight back but remembered seeing “a man and a woman sitting on the bed recording the rape on camera” before passing out again.
The next morning, the man received $2,500 from the man who recorded the alleged rape, saying it was from Combs, according to the complaint.
The third lawsuit alleges that the man was “the victim of one or more criminal sexual acts” at the hands of Combs and his associates between 2020 and 2022.
In the summer of 2020, he said, one of Combs’ “colleagues” at Bad Boy Records invited him to a party at Combs’ mansion in East Hampton, New York.
After drinking alcohol at a party, the man “felt sick and then lost consciousness,” according to the complaint. “Plaintiff was in and out of consciousness throughout the night,” the complaint states.
The man said in his lawsuit that Combs and his “buddies from Bad Boy Records” took turns sexually assaulting and raping him.
Combs’ legal troubles have mounted since last year, when ex-girlfriend Cassandra “Kathy” Ventura filed an explosive lawsuit accusing him of assault and sex trafficking during their relationship.
Combs denied the accusations but settled with Ventura for an undisclosed amount. Then, months later, CNN obtained hotel security video that showed Combs brutally beating Ventura in 2016. Combs later apologized for his actions.
Since then, several other lawsuits have been filed against Combs, including one from Dawn Richard, a former member of the girl group Danity Kane. She claimed Combs groped her, assaulted her, imprisoned her and threatened her life.
Combs has denied all allegations against him, calling them “disgusting allegations” from people looking for a “quick paycheck.”
