Instead of marshmallows, try roasting mini brie bites.
It’s holiday appetizer season! Today I’m sharing how to get on board with the latest food trends for your next party. It’s very fun and delicious. Create a snack board with everything you need to make flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth brie s’mores. As soon as I started seeing these on Instagram, I knew I had to try them out.
I love being able to make cheese s’mores by the bonfire outdoors or use the tabletop fire pit indoors.
Roasted and melted mini brie cheese is sandwiched between two crackers and served with fig jam for a flavorful s’more. It was very delicious. This is a super smart and fun eating activity to do with family and friends. You can also include this on its own or with a whole meat or cheese spread as part of this year’s charcuterie spread.

A trip to Trader Joe’s was enough for groceries.
We also have cute mini brie bites, baby bell cheese, and delicious fig spread. I love Trader Joe’s selection of other cheeses and meats on their charcuterie boards. There is another brand of mini brie cheese bites called Supreme that you can now often find at your local grocery store.

Additional Tips for Making a Mini Breastmore Roast Board:
Consider purchasing an indoor/outdoor concrete mini fire pit to roast delicious s’mores. My exact model is no longer available, but a similar version can be found here. Requires rubbing alcohol to be used as fuel. Don’t forget you’ll also need marshmallow sticks! If you can’t find mini brie bites at the store, consider buying a larger brie and cutting it into smaller pieces for roasting. Consider adding salami or other meats depending on your preference. I added sliced pears as another option. Next time I would like to add Mike’s hot honey as a spicy seasoning.
This is one of the best s’mores ideas ever.
A cheesy and flavorful s’mores board will be a hit at your next party. We love that you can customize it with your favorite meat and cheese combinations so your guests can create their own cheesy treat.
Try making brie baked in puff pastry with just 3 ingredients!
