How to Freeze Crockpot Meals…
To save space, it’s a good idea to use gallon-sized freezer bags for each meal and store each bag flat in the freezer. We recommend taking each meal out of the freezer the night before you plan to eat it so it can thaw overnight in the refrigerator for best results.
Even if you don’t make these meals in advance, all five crockpot freezer meals are delicious, simple, and take advantage of basic ingredients you probably already have in your pantry or refrigerator.

Trending recipe tips for Crock Pot freezer meals:
I thought it would be faster to first label every crockpot freezer meal bag with a sharpie marker, indicating the meal name and creation date. Next, cut all the meat, add it to the bag, and move on to the vegetables, sauce, etc. These baggy racks are useful for holding the sides of freezer bags vertically when filling them. Crock Pot frozen meals can last for 3 to 6 months when stored properly in the freezer. You can make any of these to your liking, and most items can be substituted (like other vegetables or spices). For example, if you can’t find ginger paste, use fresh or powdered ginger instead. The same goes for fresh garlic and garlic straight from the jar. Feel free to use this as a general guide and improvise according to your preferences and what’s in your fridge/pantry. Please note that cooking times may vary depending on the size and shape of your slow cooker. I’ve found that crockpot meals cook faster in a larger oval 6-quart slow cooker than in a tall, medium-sized 4-quart slow cooker. The serving size of these meals is approximately 4 to 5 servings. There are 4 people in my family and all of these meals were leftovers. Rice can also be cooked in advance and frozen. Consider storing cooked rice in separate freezer bags depending on the amount you will use for one dinner. To reheat, place in a bowl in the microwave or in a skillet with a little butter or olive oil. Then add some water and fry. My kids liked the creamy Italian chicken best. If you haven’t created a similar version yet, please give it a try. 😊 These meals would make great and thoughtful gifts for new moms or anyone who doesn’t have much time to prepare freezer meals themselves.
