An experienced leader in the luxury real estate industry, Norris brings decades of experience and a proven track record of innovation and professional development. She joins the firm from an influential role as Vice President of Luxury and Culture at Harry Norman Realtors®, Atlanta’s premier luxury brokerage. In her leadership role, she pioneered efforts to refine the customer experience and solidify the company’s reputation in the competitive luxury brand industry.
Norris’ career has been marked by influential roles across the real estate sector. In addition to her executive leadership as Vice President of Luxury, she previously served as Vice President of Culture and Operations, Associate Broker in the prestigious Buckhead office, the firm’s largest office, and professional ability to oversee company-wide training.
