N.C. Indian Trail – A five-year project is finally speeding up at Indian trials.
The plan will create a new luxury apartment on Wesley Chapel Stout Road next to Sun Valley Commons.
The complex features resort-style amenities such as dog parks and green putting.
Eventually, residents can even enter the shopping centre from the complex.
“Yeah, I think it’s easier to walk, but unless people are walking, I think we need to do something on the road before adding cars to the road.”
The developer said it plans to invest “millions of dollars in improving public roads related to the new apartment community.”
