Kiawa Island Real Estate has announced phase 1 of its new luxury apartment complex in Kiawa Island’s West Beach community.
According to a news release, the first phase of Ocean Pines will offer 30 condos to buy in three buildings. Once all the buildings are complete, the Ocean Pines Campus will offer 69 two-, three-, four-bedroom condominiums designed with inspiration from the coastal lands that were built, release said.
“By maintaining years of relationships with our award-winning partners, we reaffirm our commitment to design excellence within sensitive coastal ecosystems,” said Chris Randolph, managing partner at South Street Partners. “This new product, located at West Beach in Kiawa, is within walking distance of both the Kiawa River and the beach, providing convenient access to both the island and outside.”
The unit’s building, which starts at $2.4 million, includes rooftop decks, central lagoon views, corridors and community spaces, according to the release. Owners have parking under each building and also have elevators for each level.
