The 18-story building, called “Reflection,” will feature a variety of amenities and 88 units offering more than 2,000 square feet of space, according to its website.
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A new luxury condominium tower has officially opened in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg.
The 18-story building, called Reflection, is located at 777 Third Avenue North Street. It offers 88 units ranging up to 2,285 square feet, according to its website.
The complex offers a variety of amenities, including a 12,000-square-foot rooftop deck with panoramic views of Mirror Lake, Tampa Bay and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.
Residents will also have access to a tropical oasis pool deck with a pool, spa and sauna, and the website states that a “state-of-the-art fitness center” will also be available on-site.
Concierge services are available to all residents, with private golf cars offering transportation to favorite restaurants and downtown destinations. Ground-floor retail is also currently under construction, according to a news release.
All units will feature floor-to-ceiling windows and terrace-style balconies, and the seventh-floor homes will have additional outdoor living space with pedestal pavers and artificial turf, according to the release.
Reflection is “hurricane-proof,” the release states, because it sits 30 feet above sea level and has impact-resistant glass and backup generators that allow it to withstand a Category 4 hurricane.
Developer HP Capital Group also announced that international artists will paint unique murals on the building, which will be part of the Shine St. Petersburg Mural Festival, which runs from October 11-20.
Located above the lobby, the mural will not only highlight the unique architecture along the west side of the building, but will also celebrate arts and culture in St. Petersburg as a whole.
