PHOENIX — A Chicago-based developer is bringing its second luxury condominium project to a new master-planned community north of Scottsdale.
Atavia, a Belgravia Group project, will bring an additional 88 condominiums to the 120-acre One Scottsdale development near Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road.
Once completed, One Scottsdale will include approximately 2.8 million square feet of retail, dining, residential, hotel and office projects.

The private, gated Atavia community offers single-family units with private entrances and attached two-car garages.
The homes will be 10 feet tall, have a private elevator, a 570-square-foot rooftop deck, Italian cabinetry and high-tech appliances, developers said.
Atavia will also offer a clubhouse inspired by Taliesin West, Scottsdale’s iconic mansion designed by famed American architect Frank Lloyd Wright.
Multiple floor plans are available with 2, 3 and 4 bedroom options. Prices start in the $800,000s and reach up to $1.7 million.
Potential buyers can view six different floor plans online.
Luxury condominium project expected to sell out quickly
Belgravia Group is also moving forward with another residential project in Scottsdale, Portico. It sold out several months earlier than planned.
Atavia’s broker, Cambridge Properties, hopes buyers will flock to Atavia with similar enthusiasm.
Keith Mishkin, president of Cambridge Properties, said he expects buyers to snap up 88 units.
“Atavia is the type of development that tends to sell out quickly,” Mishkin said in a news release. “The high demand for this type of property, along with Atavia’s superior features, make it a truly fast-moving product.”
