The Luxury Collection has announced the opening of The Sila, a luxury resort and spa in West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. Located 90 minutes from Zainuddin Abdul Majid International Airport, the resort offers direct access to the pristine sands of Saia Beach. The Sila Luxury Collection Resort & Spa Lombok is the brand’s third property in Indonesia, following The Laguna and Taaktana.
Sila is designed to provide an unforgettable experience, incorporating Lombok’s rich history, vibrant modern culture, and breathtaking natural beauty. “This resort will be Lombok’s newest jewel,” said Philip Wegman, Vice President and Global Brand Leader, The Luxury Collection.
The resort is set in a beautiful setting surrounded by white sand beaches overlooking Mount Agung. Local attractions such as Tiu Kelep Waterfall, Bayan Old Mosque, and Skarala Weaving Village are within walking distance. The resort’s interiors, designed by IU Design, honor the island’s traditions and showcase local craftsmanship. The design incorporates wood materials and natural light to create a tranquil environment.
The Sira features 46 suites and 14 pool villas, each offering a sophisticated atmosphere of modern luxury. The resort’s Beach House is a three-bedroom villa with a private plunge pool and direct access to the beach. The Presidential Suite offers the ultimate retreat with a two-story sanctuary with a rooftop infinity pool and three bedrooms.
The resort offers a diverse culinary experience with three restaurants and bars. The Island’s Table offers a variety of cuisines, Sija offers Asian cuisine, Medsa offers Mediterranean cuisine, and Glossary offers a cocktail menu inspired by local spirits.
Stay active at the 24/7 fitness center or take a swim in the outdoor infinity pool. The spa offers a variety of treatments and private rooms. The resort is also fully equipped for hosting private events, with dedicated event space that can accommodate up to 100 people.
