A joint venture between Hyperion Group, Starwood and Winter Properties has completed the 23-story Lemaire Apartments at West Palm Beach Capital Group. The project at 201 Clearwater Drive features 457 apartments and more than 40,000 square feet of amenities. It is located west of the city’s downtown along Clear Lake.
With the opening of Lemaire, Hyperion has developed and completed more than 1,500 residential units across more than 2.5 million square feet in South Florida.
Apartments at Lemaire range from studios to three bedrooms, with rents starting at $1,800. Amenities include an entertainment lounge with pool table and kitchenette, pool deck with cabana beds, gaming lawn with bocce, barbecue, coworking center, yoga lawn, fitness center, sports simulator room, pickleball court, and pets. spa.
West Palm Beach-based Kast Construction is the project’s general contractor and Miami-based Carl Levin Architecture + Design is the architect.
