Nashville, Tennessee -Simon has announced a plan to build a mall where the interstant highway 65 and the Izasa Expressway 840 intersect at Thompson Station.
Initial plans include 75 retailers, restaurants and hotels. You can also add a living space and a big box retailer. WSMV contacted Simon to clarify the store scheduled for development.
Brian Stoeber, the mayor of Thompson station, said the town was excited. “This project represents a great deal of investment in our town, can strengthen local amenities, create employment, and strengthen the economy. In cooperation with developers, this project is this project. I am looking forward to maintaining the consistency between the Tompson station character and the general plan and supporting the future vision.
Simon has already owned an open milles and malls in Green Hills.
