Jones will be based in Dubai and will be responsible for driving the agency’s strategic direction. She starts on Monday.
Jones most recently worked at Van Cleef & Arpels as head of public relations for the Middle East and India, and before that at Tiffany & Co. as director of marketing and PR for the same region. Previously, she worked as a Senior Divisional Marketing Manager for the Luxury Fashion Portfolio at Al Tayer Group. Its luxury portfolio included brands such as Armani, Alexander McQueen, Harvey Nichols, and Bloomingdale’s.

The acquisition helped strengthen Frame’s luxury brand presence in the Middle East.
“Frame has grown significantly in recent years, and to maintain this momentum, we are building a leadership team that embraces our dynamic culture and growth trajectory,” Illumi said. “Liberty’s experience, strategic thinking, and collaborative spirit align perfectly with our values at Frame. I am confident that it will further enhance our service to you.”
Mr. Jones will focus on strengthening Frame’s role in the region, with a focus on media relations, paid media and luxury event planning.
“As Together Group’s regional specialist and Purple’s strategic gateway to the Middle East, we are poised to expand Frame’s influence and solidify our role as the luxury PR leader in the Middle East. ,” Jones said.
