JACKSON, MI (November 21, 2024) – Koch Foods, a food manufacturing and distribution company, is expanding its operations in Scott County. The project will invest $145.5 million and create 128 jobs.
Founded in 1973, Koch Foods is a U.S.-based retail, wholesale and industrial food service provider that stands out as one of the nation’s largest poultry processors. To better serve customers, Koch Foods is expanding its processing and distribution operations and renovating its Morton facility.
The Mississippi Development Authority provides assistance through the Mississippi Flexible Tax Incentives (MFLEX) program.
Koch Foods expects to add 128 new jobs over the next five years.
