These Aster Cook Knifes are a good set of SS knives and I have to say the aesthetics are really cool. On top of the chrome portion of steel that makes these Aster Cook Knife stainless steel, the set I received also covers all the coatings except the cutting edge which gives these extra layers of extra layers and gives these extra barriers as a physical barrier to various elements of the kitchen that can damage the chromium/chrome oxide itself. I’m impressed with this coating, but it seems to have worked so far.
For stainless steel blades, these Aster Cook knives are sharp and do a great job in my home kitchen. I have used these knives many times and am pleased with the performance. These have a nice hand feel and are very easy to use. These are ergonomic.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a dishwasher safe knife set. In my opinion, I give you 5 out of 5 stars based on what I expect from stainless steel knives and what I’ve seen so far from these knives. There was nothing to complain about. I even think these are talented for their aesthetics along with the packaging. A 5-star item with no doubt a selling price.
