The murder of David Maland of the US Border Patrol near the Canadian border in January and the murders of five other people in Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania and California, are linked to arable land known as Gigians.
The group, known as the Fringe Group of Extreme Berkeley’s pseudo-intellectual origins, is behind a double murder of a wealthy Pennsylvanian couple, two knife attacks at a California landlord and a shootout in Vermont, where one member died It is thought to be in.
While four suspects in the group are already in custody for murder, the three include Jack Amadeus “Ziz” Lasota, 34, who passes through pronouns and is the obvious leader of the group. Some of our members work at Tech Giant Google, and many have advocated veganism and identified them as transgender.
Along the way, the group is believed to have purchased a tug boat in Alaska under a plan to live in it to avoid high rents in Northern California. The tugboat, part of the group’s “Rationalist Fleet,” is now semi-believed, located near Pillar Point Harbor, near San Jose.
Much of what is known about Gigian’s philosophy is that Lasota is “the evil people who gang up to kill good people” or the group’s goal is “deprived of morality through whether it is ultimately needed or not. It is collected from online posts that make you wonder what will happen to society if they do. “Social Disability.”
In one instance, according to an article in SFGATE published in February, Lasota forged her death. The obituary posted online mentioned boat accidents and talked about Lasota about “loving adventures, friends and family, music, blueberries, bicycles, computer games, animals.”
However, an analysis of interviews and online posts published by the Associated Press on Friday revealed that a group of young computer scientists appears to be becoming increasingly violent.
Marand, 44, was killed in a January 20 shootout following a traffic stop in Coventry, Vermont, a small town about 20 miles (32km) from the Canadian border. Teresa Young Brute, 21, a Washington resident, faces two arms charges related to the murder.
She was traveling with German citizens. Both had connections to Lasota. The pair were under authorities’ surveillance for several days after seeing and reporting seeing employees carry guns at the hotel they were staying.
According to SFGATE, they all wore black, carried their weapons openly, and wrapped their phones in aluminum foil. Investigators also said night vision devices and laptops were found at the Toyota Prius. Court records note that YoungBlut’s diary contains several references to taking LSD.
Buckholt, 26, died in a Vermont shootout. Authorities have not specified whose bullets hit who. A YoungBlut lawyer said he had not commented through a spokesman. YoungBlut pleaded not guilty in federal court on February 7th.
November 2019, Lasota. Emma Boranian, 31; Gwen Danielson; and 29-year-old Alexander Leatham were arrested in protest outside a Northern California retreat center where the rationalist group holds events. The group said it was protesting sexual misconduct within the group.
In 2022, landlord Curtis Lind went to court to kick out Boranians, Lasota, Leesam and other tenants who stopped paying rent on their property in Valleyho, California. Two days before the November 15th eviction deadline, prosecutors say Leesam, Boranian and Sri Dao attacked him.
Lind shot the attacker, killed the Boranians and injured Leemham. He survived by being stabbed by a sword, but lost his eyes. Prosecutors concluded that he acted in self-defense and charged Dao and Leemham with violent crimes.
On January 17th, the 82-year-old landlord was stabbed to death. Maximilian Snyder, 22, an Oxford Education data scientist who applied for a marriage license to Teresa Young Brute in Washington in November, is charged with murder in that case.
On the Great Ve Day of 2022, Rita and Richard Zaiko were shot dead in Chester Heights, Pennsylvania.
Police questioned the couple’s daughter, Michelle, at their Vermont home, and took her into custody weeks later in a hotel in Pennsylvania. She was not arrested or charged. Lasota was at the hotel too. She was arrested after refusing to cooperate with officers and charged with obstructing law enforcement and disorderly conduct.
Six months later, Lasota was released on bail but stopped attending court. Lasota’s lawyer, Daniel McGarrigle, last month said his client was “complete and clearly innocent of the charges filed in this case.” She missed a court appearance in two states and a bench warrant was issued for her arrest.
Authorities attempting to stitch together pieces of the Gigian puzzle have acknowledged the potential link between the Vermont shooting and previous incidents.
Sarah Luan, a spokesman for the FBI in Albany, New York, said, “Teresa Youngbrute has relationships with other individuals suspected of violent behavior in multiple states, including Pennsylvania and California.” It is thought.
“The FBI coordinates information sharing on case-related details to effectively follow all leads with various law enforcement partners and actively investigate these connections,” Ruane said. added.
