Jordon Hudson, the 24-year-old girlfriend of former patriot coach Bill Belichick and the daughter of the main fisherman, walks into politics on Instagram. In a recent post, she wrote a petition to President Donald Trump to support marine research, sustainability, and state economic growth, and to reclaim the $4.5 million federal program that was recently cut by the administration.
“I’m Jordon and I’ll talk for the fishermen,” she began the caption, drawing inspiration from Dr. Seuss’s Lorax. “I talk for fishermen and voiceless fishermen,” the fisherman she is talking to was attending the 50th Main Fishermen’s Forum in Rockport last weekend when the news was announced. Hudson was there too, writing, “Like the forum floor is filled with tears and fear, as if everyone is owned and dead.” In addition to the plea, she posted three black and white glamour head shots. @potus. ”
It feels random, but this issue hits close to home for Belichick’s girlfriend. According to the post, her father is a ninth generation fisherman and was kicked out of the industry due to “reckless regulatory decisions by government officials.” I’m intrigued to see if her headshot changes their minds.
