Acting on information provided by IDF intelligence, the IAF attacked multiple command centers and weapons manufacturing sites in Hezbollah’s stronghold of Dahieh in the Lebanese capital Beirut overnight, the military announced Saturday morning.
The IDF noted that Hezbollah centers and manufacturing facilities are embedded in civilian areas of the capital, putting civilian lives at risk. To reduce the risk to Lebanese civilians, the IDF said it issued advance warning before the IAF launched attacks on facilities.
The Saudi news site Al Hadas reported that the military last night struck 14 targets in the suburbs of Burj al-Barajineh, Haret Heikh and Al Hadas.
