Honma’s Distance Technology features a new CG design and club head construction, retaining maximum yard signature Beres Feel and optimization. The high strength lightweight carbon material, only on the toe side, gives a draw bias to a typical golfer, offering a great advantage. The excess weight caused by carbon uptake is skillfully placed on the heel side for superior performance.
The newly developed face incorporates a complex, uneven thickness design that is precisely designed to optimize rebound force. This quad bridge structure provides exceptional support, increases output and significantly improves rebound ability.
The strategically placed stainless weight (10g) and sole on the back of the club head effectively convert impact energy into repulsive forces, increasing initial speed due to the amplified impact. Additionally, the weight behind promotes draw bias.
BERES 09 Fairway Wood and Hybrid
Honma’s engineers built tungsten nickel weights located near the back heel to increase impact efficiency and achieve a +5.0 degree CG angle. The new unique face and crown design, featuring uneven thickness, improves rebound performance by thinning the face and crown. Furthermore, the repulsion area has been expanded. These new Beres 09 features create extraordinary synergies, provide unparalleled ball speed, and fire the ball high with controlled draws.

The 3W internal weight has a CG design that emphasizes long distances, while the 5W has a CG design that emphasizes the desired performance direction. The Beres 09 iron face design provides an uneven semicircular and L-cup face combination that effectively dampens shock shocks for a soft feel and satisfying sound, while bringing soft distance performance and forgiveness.
