Interparfums (NASDAQ: IPAR) has announced that its subsidiary Interparfums SA has acquired global intellectual property rights to Amorepacific Europe’s Maison Goutal. Founded by Annick Goutal in 1981, the Luxury Fragrance brand is known for its high-end perfumes, including the iconic L’Au D’D’D’D’D’D’Hadrien Line.
Under the agreement, AmorePacific Europe will continue to operate the Goutal brand under a temporary licensing agreement as Interparfums SA has taken over development from 2026. It historically generates annual sales of between $10-12 million and is operated through owned boutiques and in-store corners in both France and international.
Goutal specializes in premium fragrances using high quality natural ingredients. Camille Gautal, the daughter of the founder, will continue to be involved in fragrance development to preserve the brand’s heritage and value.
