Merrimack’s loss shouldn’t overshadow the performances of Adam Clark, who had 28 points, six rebounds and four steals, and Brian Etumnu, who had a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds. With his dominant performance, Etumnu also set a career high in offensive rebounds (3).
Troy’s victory improved their record to 4 wins and 2 losses. As for Merrimack, the loss drops its record to 1-6.
Going forward, Troy will be the favorite in this game as experts predict that they will win by 10.5 points. They’re in a position to cover the spread for four straight games at the point where they’re expected to win, so they might be worth a quick bet.
