Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has announced the signing of the first Signia by the Hilton Hotel in Asia Pacific to open in Jaipur, India. The signature highlights Hilton’s focus on strengthening India’s luxury portfolio. This is a global luxury brand such as Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts and Conrad Hotels & Resorts. Signia, with Hilton’s debut in India, follows Signia’s recent opening by Hilton Amman, the first Signia of non-US Hilton hotels, as it aims to grow its portfolio with highly anticipated properties at major gateway locations.
Jaipur’s 216 bedroom hotel, developed in collaboration with Sandeep Bakshi and Family LLP, is scheduled to open in 2028. Hilton currently operates two hotels in Rajasthan, including doubletries such as Hilton Jaipur and Hilton Jaipuraa. The signature solidifies the footsteps of Hilton in the state and is built on previous agreements including Waldorf Astoria Jaipur, India’s third Conrad Hotels & Resort property in Jaipur and Udaipur’s first Hilton Hotels & Resort property in 2024.

Located 28 km from Jaipur International Airport, the new facility is just 3 hours’ drive from Gurugram, ideally located to attract travelers from Delhi NCR, the country’s leading source market, Delhi NCR, to provide seamless access to the Delhi Mumbai Expressway (NE-4).
