Hilton’s luxury hotel brand continues to expand globally, with plans to build more than 500 new hotels in major destinations including New York, Costa Rica, Athens and Osaka.
This growth reflects the brand’s continued efforts to strengthen its position in the highly competitive luxury hospitality sector.
LXR Hotels & Resorts is significantly expanding its presence with new properties planned in various locations around the world.
In 2024, the brand will debut several high-profile properties in the U.S., including the Arizona Biltmore, Beach Village and Shore House at Hotel del Coronado, and Kalai Waikiki Beach in Hawaii.
This expansion is consistent with LXR’s strategy to offer a collection of distinctive, independent hotels.
A major milestone for the brand will be its first facility in China, scheduled to open in Xi’an in 2027. Xi’an, known for its cultural heritage, is expected to offer a unique luxury experience.
Another notable upcoming hotel is in Casablanca, Morocco, scheduled to open in 2025. This will be LXR’s first hotel in Morocco, located in the exclusive “Triangle d’Or” district. The hotel features 148 rooms, several restaurants, a rooftop venue, and a world-class spa.
LXR has also introduced the Spirit of Adventure program, which aims to provide guests with immersive and culturally rich experiences at its properties around the world.
NoMad Hotels is undergoing a transformation at its flagship property in London.
In 2025, NoMad London’s Atrium restaurant will undergo a refurbishment, bringing in a new culinary director and an updated arts programme. Known for its blend of grandeur and intimacy, the brand aims to create a vibrant yet intimate dining experience.
The changes are part of NoMad’s continued efforts to evolve and meet the needs of luxury travelers seeking both a festive atmosphere and a peaceful environment.
Signia by Hilton will make its debut outside the United States with the opening of a new property in Amman, Jordan, in January 2025. The hotel features 272 rooms and suites, as well as seven restaurants serving a variety of international cuisine.
In addition to the spa, fitness center and entertainment facilities, the hotel will introduce the Club Signia experience in select rooms, offering enhanced personalized service.
