Henry Sejude remains the king of the Clinge.
Cejudo did his best to meet his nickname in the final showdown with UFC Seattle’s Song Yadong. He also engaged in a ritual measuring Friday, truly frizzy trash talk.
With her weight successful early in the day, Sejude came to ritual measurements with a normal, gradual antics. Wearing a gold chain with one of his own UFC trading cards as a pendant, Sejude broke a huge fortune cookie on scale to announce the song’s “future”: “The luck of the song is low, Round 4 TKO!”
The song doesn’t seem to be bothered by Sejude’s class gimmick at all. Instead, the song smiled at Sejude through their final showdown before releasing his own declaration.
“Henry is a good fighter,” the song said. “He’s a legend. But I’ll make sure he’ll retire on Saturday night. This will be his final fight, don’t miss it!”
Former two division champion Sejudo is currently suffering a second straight loss and he rejects the idea that it’s this weekend while agreeing to the song that the end is nearing for him.
“100%, this is my last run,” Sejude said. “I’m amazed that the song can speak English. Congratulations to him. In any case, his wealth is gone and he’s bent his knees on Saturday night.”
