Tenzin R. Gund Morrow ’26 and Summer AL Tan ’26 will serve as the next dean and vice president of Harvard University’s Institute of Politics, the organization announced early Monday.
Gund Morrow and Tan will join newly elected Treasurer Kevin Bokoum ’26 and Communications Director and Crimson Editorial Editor Lorenzo Z. Lewis ’27 to lead the IOP. take.
Gund Morrow and Tan, who ran on a common ticket, won with nearly 60 percent of the vote, defeating Thomas A. Tate (’26) and Morgan Byers (’26). They replace Pratyush Malick ’25 and Ethan C. Kelly ’25, who wrote an op-ed calling for the IOP to end its nonpartisan pledge after Donald Trump took back the White House. , his final weeks in office were controversial.
Mr. Bocoum won the most recent election for the Student Advisory Council executive team with just 52 percent of the vote. Mr. Lewis received about 65% of the vote.
