The Golf Trust is launching its 2025 fundraising campaign by introducing a month of inspiration. Throughout June, golf clubs across the country are being asked to support this exciting endeavour, by holding club competitions in honor of the Golf Trust on weekends throughout the month.
“Your involvement can make a huge difference,” commented Golf Trust founder Cae Menai-Davis. “What we are asking is for clubs to donate admission fees from weekend events to charity, so that through every Terrain Paragolfer vehicle we can help bring the game of golf to even more people.” Together, we can make an incredible impact and encourage more people with disabilities to play golf recreationally.”
The winners of each club competition will be invited to participate in the grand final at Inspiration Club. This is the perfect environment to celebrate inspiring new players and foster inclusion. And to make this an even more exciting competition, Norway’s Lofotenring, host of The Golf Trust’s Project 24 fundraiser and one of the most stunning golf courses in the world, is a shared lodge for two including three We are donating a night’s stay for two people. A round of golf per person for the grand final winner.
The Golf Trust’s mission is to strengthen independence through golf and promote inclusivity and opportunity for everyone to experience the game. Building on the incredible success of last year’s Project 24, the Golf Trust has set an ambitious target of raising £80,000 to purchase three para-golfers for use across the UK.
To achieve this, the team of amateur golfers will embark on a new challenge for June called Project 25, which will run alongside grassroots fundraising initiatives such as ‘Month of Inspiration’. To participate in Month of Inspiration, please contact Charlotte@thegolftrust.com with the name of your club and the date of your proposed competition.
