Swedish apparel brand J.Lindeberg has announced that Taiwanese player Kevin Yu will be adding to the tour ambassador roster.
The 26-year-old Yu won his first PGA Tour victory at the 2024 Sanderson Farms Championship, rapidly increasing his professional golf rank. He is currently ranked 76th in the OWGR.
Yu’s journey began in Taiwan’s Taoyuan and revealed his talent early on by winning a gold medal in the 2013 Asian Youth Games. He also refined his skills at Arizona State University, achieving three separate university titles before becoming professional in 2021.
“To join J.Lindeberg feels like a natural fit to me and I’m excited to be able to achieve it together,” said Yu, who will perform at the brand’s latest golf collection at the Players Championship this week at TPC Sawgrass. “To succeed in this sport, you need to push for restrictions, challenge your expectations and continually evolve both on and off the course.
J. Lindeberg expanded the golf ambassadors roster in 2025, including PGA Tour players Matthieu Pavon and Niklas Nørgaard, LPGA Tour player Yealimi Noh, golf influencer Mia Baker and American Actress Kathryn Newton.
“We’re looking forward to seeing you in the future,” said Hans-Christian Meyer, CEO of J.Lindeberg. “We are thrilled to welcome him into the ambassador’s family during this exciting time of expansion.”
