A gay couple in Georgia will spend the rest of their lives in prison after being found guilty of disgusting sexual abuse of their two adopted children.
The Walton County District Attorney’s Office announced last week that William Zurock and Zachary Zurock, ages 34 and 36, were each sentenced to 100 years in prison without parole.
“These two defendants created a veritable house of terror and put their very dark desires above all else,” District Attorney Randy McGinley said, according to WSB-TV.
“But the depth of the depravity of these defendants, as profound as it is, is never greater than the determination of those who fought for justice and the strength of the victims in this case. “The determination I have seen from these young victims has been truly moving,” he added.
The boys, now 12 and 10 years old, were adopted by the Zulock family from a Christian special needs agency.
The couple raised them under the guise of a happy family in a wealthy Atlanta suburb.
However, what was supposed to be a picture-perfect life with Zachary working at a bank and William working as a government employee harbors a dark secret.
The couple regularly forced the boys to have sex and filmed the abuse to create pedophile pornography.
Evidence shows they even bragged about the abuse to perverse friends, with police saying Zachary once sent a message on Snapchat saying, “I’m going to fuck my son tonight.” Please wait,” he posted an image of an abused boy.
They then allegedly used social media to lure the boys to at least two men in a depraved local pedophile sex ring.
The couple was arrested in 2022 on suspicion of downloading child pornography by an alleged member of the ring, who told investigators how the Zulocks produced pornography with the boys living in their home. I told him what I was doing.
Both Zurocks have pleaded guilty to charges of aggravated child abuse, aggravated sodomy and sexual exploitation of a child.
