Bill Gates stated that Elon Musk should not focus on foreign politics, and in recent weeks Musk has commented on European politics, including German elections, and Gates is Musk. He said he should not instruct the people who would vote.
Bill Gates does not like the fact that Elon Musk is involved in foreign politics such as Britain and Germany.
Gates said in an interview with the English Times published on Saturdays, “It’s really unusual for him to decide the political situation in each country.”
Musk has been making his own views on Britain and Germany’s politics in recent weeks.
Earlier this month, Musk demanded the firing of British Prime Minister Kia Starmer. Tesla’s CEO accused Starmar that he did not take sufficient action to prevent girls from rape when he served as the British chief prosecutor from 2008 to 2013.
On Saturday, Musk gave a virtual lecture at an election meeting of the German right political party, “Options for Germany.” A national election is scheduled in Germany in February.
In December, Musk said in an editorial of German’s leading newspaper Vertu Am Zontak that AFD was “the last spark of this country.” He also praised the party’s “immigration management policy.”
“I don’t think foreigners are allowed to donate money in the United States. In other countries, they may take safety measures so that they do not distort the elections,” Gates says. I told the Times paper.
After President Donald Trump’s victory in November, Musk’s political influence has increased significantly. Musk spent at least $ 277 million in last year’s election to support Trump and other Republican candidates.
Later, the bet was rewarded for Mr. Musk, who called himself Trump’s “first friend.” The billionaire has joined President Trump in a telephone talk with the world leaders, including Turkish President Type Erdogan.
Musk is also the top of the government efficiency (DOGE) established by President Trump. The committee has been tasked with reducing government expenditures and excessive regulations.
It is unknown whether Musk donated to foreign political parties. Last month, Musk said that Musk was “seriously thinking,” Musk said last month, “Musk is seriously thinking.”
Gates told the Times that Musk should not make such a frank political declaration.
“The rules of the game are not to tell the people who should vote, but to focus on some important things, choosing a limited number of things that emit what they value. I thought, “Gates said.
Gates added, “If someone is very wise, and so, you should think about how you can help, but this is a populism.”
Gates and Musk did not respond to comments from Business Insider.
Certainly, this is not the first time Gates has different opinions from Musk.
In 2021, Gates told Carla Swisher on the Podcast “Sway” that he was not interested in space travel. Musk is the founder and CEO of the Rocket Company Space X.
“No, I’m not a Martian. I know a lot of Martians,” Gates told Swisher.
Gates said, “I don’t think the rocket is a solution, but maybe something is missing.” Ta.
