Blue Mountains, Ontario. — Freed Hotels & Resorts has announced master plans for the Freed Blue Mountain development, one of the largest residential/hospitality developments planned for Ontario’s Blue Mountain region in more than 20 years.
The first phase is Luxury Residences at Blue Mountain, which will debut on November 16th. Located just steps away from the ski slopes, the complex features 196 suites ranging in size from 350 square feet to 1,350 square feet, laid out by RH.
Blue Mountain Residences was designed by B+H Architects, with interiors by DesignAgency.
Facilities include a rooftop pool overlooking the village and ski slopes, a fitness center, a multipurpose room, ski and snowboard lockers, and underground parking. The main floor will have 18,000 square feet of commercial, food and retail space.
Freed’s properties include Freed Golf, Muskoka Bay, Horseshoe and Deerhurst resorts.
