The house will take over the judges
First on FOX: The House Judiciary Committee is scheduled to hold a hearing earlier next week to consider the issue of “activist judges.”
This is because the Trump administration faces more than 12 injunctions from various district court judges across the country on various policy decisions. The DC Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral debate on one of the cases Monday after President Donald Trump sought a bounce each of U.S. District Judge James Boasberg.
House Attorneys Jim Jordan and R. Ohio confirmed in Fox News’ “American Newsroom” that they intend to hold a hearing on “activist judges” opposing the administration. He said he hopes to vote for the House-wide vote on a bill by R-Calif Rep. Darrell Issa next week.
