Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, in collaboration with Hinitsa Bay Holdings, has announced plans to transform the Hinitsa Bay beachfront property in Porto Heli, Greece, into a luxury resort and private residence. A new development, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Porto Heli offers views of the Argolic Gulf and nearby Spetses Island.
The resort occupies 185 acres of beachfront property and boasts 80 rooms and suites, 30 bungalows, and branded residential villas. Great location with easy access to the beach, nearby town center and walking trails. We also incorporate services and amenities that are unique to Four Seasons.
Bert Carnahan, President of Global Business Development, Portfolio Management and Residential at Four Seasons, expressed optimism about the project. He emphasized the company’s commitment to providing high-quality, personalized experiences for guests and residents. Similarly, Paul Coulson, Chairman of Hinica Bay Holdings, praised the transformation of Hinica Bay Real Estate and its potential to enhance the attractiveness of the Porto Heli region.
The new Four Seasons Resort and Residences Porto Heli offers a variety of amenities to suit a wide range of tastes. These include a large multi-sport centre, gym, meeting space and swimming pool for adults, families and children. Dining options include an all-day restaurant, beachfront dining, and a lobby lounge.
Set in 3.25 acres of gardens, the spa prioritizes tranquility and connection with nature. The wellness space features over 18 treatment rooms, fitness facilities, thermal suites with saunas, steam rooms and salt pools.
Originally a fishing village, Porto Heli is a popular summer destination known for its picturesque beaches, luxurious villas, and vibrant nightlife. Its strategic location provides convenient access to nearby islands and historic sites, making it an attractive location for luxury tourism and real estate development.
With its connection to Athens, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Porto Heli will complement the company’s existing portfolio in Greece, which includes Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens and Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, scheduled to open in 2025.
