Molly K. Vigor joined Kean Miller as a special advisor.
Vigor has been an in-house lawyer for nearly 20 years and has experience in labor and employment, entity formation, business licenses, commercial and restaurant leases, vendor contracts, lease extensions and disputes. Her practice focuses on issues of business, trading, hospitality law, real estate, compliance and entertainment.
She received her bachelor’s degree in history, honored at Mount Holyoke College and her bachelor’s degree from Tulane University Law School, a law school degree. Vitality served as law clerk for US District Judge Donald E. Walter in Shreveport.

Kimberly Ramagos is employed as Chief Financial Officer by the Louisiana Foundation.
Ramagos has over 15 years of experience in finance and human resource management for nonprofit organizations, manufacturing, retail and real estate businesses.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, all working on a master’s degree in business administration from the University of New Orleans.

Ryan D. McNamara joined Fishman Haygood as a special advisor to the business section.
His practice focuses primarily on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity, venture capital and real estate.
He received his law degree from Tulane University Law School. McNamara was a member of Tulane Law Review.
Baton Rouge
Erin Walker was hired as vice president of planning and performance for Our Lady of Lake Health.
Walker has over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, strategic planning and performance improvements. Most recently she was the vice president of Oklahoma Children’s Hospital.
She received her bachelor’s degree in healthcare from Oklahoma State University Southwest and a master’s degree in medical management from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center.

Sanders acts as a partner and principal. He has 15 years of experience as an office broker and works with over 500 clients in Shreveport, Alabama and Baton Rouge, Birmingham.
Floods act as senior associates. He specializes in office tenant representatives and corporate occupancy solutions.
