Fendi Casa is now expanding into luxury condominiums. The Italian luxury fashion house, which is set to debut a new apartment complex in South Florida, has doubled down on its real estate investment to build a 22-unit apartment complex called Avenir in Aventura, Florida.
With this project, the Italian brand enters a new chapter with the debut of Avenir Interior by Fendi Casa. In partnership with real estate firm Vertical Developments, the architectural design of Fendi Casa’s newest luxury waterfront complex will be led by Miami-based firm Kobi Karp and landscape architecture firm L&ND Design. The complex will include 50,000 square feet of green space, including a linear park and outdoor vertical gardens. The residential units are being designed in parallel with The One Atelier. The apartments are 3,500 square feet and feature upscale details such as wood paneling throughout the apartments to complement the travertine stone and quartz countertops in the kitchens. Each unit has three to four bedrooms and features walk-in closets, spa bathrooms, and even smart home technology.
Prices for each unit start at US$5 million, and residents will have access to the complex’s amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center with Pilates and yoga studio, spa center, library, games room, and salon for private events. This isn’t Fendi Casa’s first foray into luxury homes. Fendi also announced the Fendi Private Residence in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, and the Podo Private Residence in Seoul, featuring interior design provided by Fendi Casa in collaboration with architect Dominique Perrault. As for Florida, Fendi Casa’s presence includes the construction of two luxury penthouses in Miami’s Gem Private Residences tower, each priced at $8 million. Avenir is expected to be completed in early 2027, while Gem Sky Villas is expected to be completed in late 2027.
