President Donald Trump signed a series of enforcement actions Thursday evening.
Take a look at some of these actions.
Fighting “anti-Christian bias”: Trump implements enforcement measures to “erabove anti-Christian bias” and create a new task force that will stop all forms of anti-Christian targeting and discrimination within the federal government I signed it.
“My administration will not tolerate anti-Christian weapons or illegal activities of governments targeting Christians. The law will not allow Americans and American groups to practice their faith in peace. Protect, my administration enforces the laws and protects these freedoms. My administration has identified, terminated, and amended any illegal and inappropriate conduct, policies or practices targeting Christians. “We guarantee that this will happen.” Read the action.
Trump previously announced his enforcement actions on anti-Christian prejudice in his remarks earlier Thursday.
“Today, I signed the Attorney General (a great person and a great Attorney General) to create Pam Bondy, the head of a brand new task force, to eradicate anti-Christian bias. “He said, as CNN’s Betsy Klein reported previously.
NGO Funding Review: Trump has also signed a executive memorandum directing a comprehensive review of funds allocated to all non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that rely on federal financial support, the White House said. He told CNN.
This action is part of the Trump administration’s broader efforts to reassess federal spending.
International Criminal Court Sanctions: Trump later signed another enforcement lawsuit targeting the International Criminal Court on Thursday.
“The United States imposes specific and significant consequences on those responsible for ICC violations, some of which include blocking property and assets and halting ICC staff, employees and agents from entering the United States. As with their close relatives, the action reads as “entering our country is detrimental to the interests of the United States.”
As previously reported by CNN, the action is expected to impose financial and visa sanctions on “individuals and their families who support the ICC investigation, including US citizens or our allies.” The move aims to punish the court for issuing arrest warrants to senior Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yov Gallant.
