Escanaba Statewide Real Estate is officially owned by Christopher S. Guestwicki and his wife, Daniel (Boucher) Guestwicki and Jason Brauwell and his wife, Rebecca (Bink) Brauwell. We announced that we have joined the company.
They join the leadership team of third-generation real estate agents and current owner Dave Harris and wife Mary Harris.
According to a statement from owners Dave and Mary Harris, after a year of planning and discussion, they agreed to sell some of the ownership to Browdewell.
Additionally, Judy Owens and her husband Jay Owens sold their shares in the title to Guest Wickis.
While Judy is retreating from ownership, Harris says she will be a key part of the team and will continue as a real estate agent and assistant broker for property throughout the state. He added that her decision was thoughtfully planned and everything was completely falling in place.
“These changes reflect our continued commitment to growth, while still remaining true to our legacy of trust and excellence that has defined real estate across the state for over 70 years. We are committed to this new chapter. We are extremely excited and look forward to the positive changes we have in the future as we continue to serve the community we proudly call home. The company said in a statement.
Christopher Guestwicki brings over 32 years of sales experience, including 22 years at Hilltop RV in Escanaba.
“We are a member of Delta County’s longest-established intermediary and are absolutely thrilled to be able to join our team with a strong service attitude in the community we live in.” Christopher said.
Gestwickis raised three children in Escanaba: David, Lucas and Breeanna.

Jason Brownell brings over 30 years of digital and business consulting experience.
