A new home for luxury real estate in the Middle Keys as license partner Stephanie Duvall filled the lawn of her new Overseas Highway Shop on Dec. 12 to celebrate the grand opening of the Engel & Völkers Marathon. Another one was born.
“Marathon is a truly special place and we are thrilled to be able to provide a bespoke real estate service that reflects the charm and luxury of the surrounding area.” said Duvall, who organized the themed event. “Our new store is positioned to connect residents and newcomers alike with the opportunities in this exceptional market.”
The Middle Keys store will be Duvall’s second since acquiring Engel & Volkers Islamorada in March 2024. She said this isn’t the last time for her either, with her eyes set on a Key West store by 2026. It was recently named the 2024 Marathon and Lower Keys. Duvall, the Association of Realtors’ Realtor of the Year, has recruited other established groups, including YouTube star “Gables on the Go” and recently acquired Seafarer. “Stephanie is realizing the vision we have had for the Florida Keys for many years,” said Peter Gies, CEO of Engel & Felkers Florida. “She has a sophisticated approach to real estate in this unique market, from strengthening our Islamorada store to opening a marathon venue and already planning an expansion into Key West.”
