The development will have more than 60 units spread across five buildings, with unit sizes ranging from 1,300 square feet to 1,900 square feet, according to the company’s website. Units available for sale or lease can be used to store items such as:
Garages for luxury cars, motorcycles, RVs, boats, watercraft, and more are customizable and include optional amenities such as epoxy floors, private restrooms, mezzanines, and car elevators. The facility also includes a clubhouse with fully equipped bathrooms, kitchen and event space. In addition, the gated development provides unit owners with 24/7 access, according to the website.
“Elite Garage will be a place where McKinney’s automotive enthusiast community can store and work on their toys,” the company’s website states.

The project is expected to break ground in early October, with vertical construction beginning in February, project representatives said. Completion of the project shell is scheduled for August.
McKinney City Council members unanimously approved a rezoning request to allow development of the project at their April meeting.
