Make a huge batch of pancakes with this sheet pan pancake hack!
Does your family like pancakes? 🥞
My kids love pancakes not only for breakfast but also as a quick snack. I’m always looking for small ways to make life easier. Baking in a sheet pan is a super easy way to make large batches at once.
The result is a sheet pan of beautifully baked pancakes that can be cut into squares and served with your favorite syrup. I call it a major mom victory! 🙌
No more standing in front of the stove and flipping pancakes.
Whether you have guests over or you’re preparing for a busy weekday, this recipe lets you serve pancakes without having to hit the griddle. Just pop the bread in the oven and enjoy time with your family or get ready for the busy day ahead.
Even better, all the pancakes get warm at the same time. You can also split the add-ins for two different tastes per sheet pan. Perfect if each child likes different types.
Here’s how to make pancakes in the oven.

Tips for making the best sheet pan pancakes:
I used Bisquick as my pancake mix, but you can also use gluten-free or homemade mixes/recipes. If you’re eating low carb, I highly recommend these keto pancakes. Cover the bottom of the rimmed pot with parchment paper to prevent sticking. We recommend spraying the pan with non-stick oil before baking. Completely customize the add-in according to your family’s preferences. I made it according to the pancakes my kids like, but you can also come up with creative flavors yourself. If you have any leftovers, you can reheat them in the microwave the next day. Easy peasy!
Sheet pan meals are some of my favorite homemade recipes, but this one is a winner. The kids loved these pancakes and even found the process of making them fun.
You can also bake bacon sheet pans at the same time, which is both delicious and convenient!
