The street lined with Eagles fans over seven miles, with the team down the parade route with nearly 30 buses with players, coaches and staff. It was a special way to celebrate Valentine’s Day throughout the city of Philadelphia, and players soaked it all up when they took them down the street to welcome fans.
At one point, Saquon Barkley lifted the Lombardi trophy and told Jalen Hurts, “This is crazy!” and that was the case. Watching the Eagles game on LINC and watching fans tailgate and fill the lot is apart from seeing nearly a million people come out to celebrate a Super Bowl victory. It’s one of the few times when players get the chance to truly feel the impact of success.
Several players and coaches expressed their gratitude on a memorable day after their final speeches were over.
Philadelphia I love you one of the best days of my life✊
