LUMPKIN COUNTY, Ga. — A new luxury RV resort, Divine Village, is coming to northern Georgia. Construction is expected to begin in early 2025.
The RV resort will be built on 110 acres in Lumpkin County, Georgia, in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, near the city of Dahlonega.
According to a news release from DiVine Village, the resort will feature a luxurious bath pad, heated pool, hot tub, pickleball court, wine tasting room, game room, fire pit, lake views, pet-friendly area and more. . Check out the rendering below.

DiVine Village is designed by Dahlonega resident Peter Shipps of Pro Vision Design, who also worked on the Old Edwards Inn in Highlands, North Carolina.

A public hearing for Divine Village will be held on Monday, Dec. 9 at 5:30 p.m. to discuss next steps and plans to accommodate 260 RV sites.
