DENVER — A California-based company appears to have acquired a luxury apartment tower in downtown Denver’s Arapahoe Square neighborhood near Coors Field.
CIM Group purchased four properties at 21st Street and Arapahoe Avenue for just over $101.6 million, according to a special warranty deed filed with the city.
The four addresses associated with this deed, 1021 21st St., 2120 Arapahoe St., 2126 Arapahoe St., and 2134 Arapahoe St., correspond to the property that is home to X Denver 2, a 351-unit apartment community I’m doing it.
